Frederick (Fred) Watts serves as Senior Clinical Consultant with Camber Children’s Mental Health where he manages contracts and focuses on internal program development. He has been part of the Camber team for 10 years and has more than 40 years of experience as a social worker.

Prior to working at Camber, Fred held various positions managing emergency services at Truman Medical Center Emergency Room and Shawnee Mission ER and was Clinical Director at Crittenton Psychiatric Hospital. He has gained extensive experience providing individual and group therapy and crisis intervention services.

Fred earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri and is clinically licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
