Erin Kantor, LPC, MBA

Erin Kantor brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health, including five years in hospital systems across urban and rural settings. As Executive Vice President of Inpatient Services at Camber Children’s Mental Health, she is committed to advancing trauma-informed, whole-person care for children and families.

Previously, Erin served as Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Polara Health in Prescott, AZ, where she led the implementation of a measurement-based care delivery system and oversaw inpatient, outpatient and residential behavioral health services. She also spearheaded an initiative to integrate physical health services into behavioral healthcare, ensuring a whole-person approach to care.

Before her time at Polara Health, Erin held leadership roles at University Health in Kansas City, MO, and Burrell Behavioral Health in Independence, MO, where she played a key role in implementing CCBHC initiatives, strengthening clinical teams and expanding access to behavioral health services for children, families and adults.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Risking Connections Essentials, and the DLA Train the Trainer program.
