Cayde Sterling
Cayde Sterling serves as the Director of Administration at Camber Children’s Mental Health Kansas City, where he oversees operations, processes, procedures and the mid-level management team, ensuring the campus functions smoothly for the benefit of direct care staff and the clients and families served. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science with a focus on Secondary Education from Kansas State University.
With over 4.5 years in the field, Cayde has a diverse background, including three years as a middle school geography teacher and coach at Fort Riley Middle School. At KidsTLC, he advanced from Behavioral Health Technician to Operations Administrator, managing campus donations, supply distribution, compliance processes, and more.
Cayde is certified in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy I & II, Child Nutrition Management (KSDE) and holds a Coaching Endorsement from Kansas State University. He is also a graduate of JCCC’s Living as a Leader program.
