Alexandra Beineman, LMSW

Alex Beineman serves as Director of Program and Staff Development at Camber Children’s Mental Health where she focuses on the development of treatment programs and ensures employees receive the necessary skills and tools to support each client through their treatment journey. Additionally, she oversees employee training and partners with multi-disciplinary teams in program development and employee engagement initiatives.

With more than seven years of experience working in behavioral health hospitals and residential treatment facility settings, Alex brings vast knowledge to program operations and has served in a diverse array of roles throughout her career including Milieu Manager, Therapist, Staff Coordinator and Behavioral Health Technician. She also spent time interning on an interdisciplinary community development team in Belize where she worked alongside public health students, student engineers, and business students to accomplish project goals.

Alex is a licensed master social worker in Kansas and Missouri. She received a master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Arkansas.
